This refund policy applies to all purchases of our service in IPTVGOAT.com and the associated websites.

Please note that refund requests outside the scope of our refund policy will be dismissed and may result in restrictions on accessing certain parts of our service, such as customer support, in the future.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not offer any refunds after the initial 24 hours of purchase. It is important to familiarize yourself with the terms below for a better understanding.

What is our service? Our service provides live TV channels that can be streamed using IPTV players like IPTV Smarters Pro. Please note that additional features, such as EPG coverage, Catchup, and VOD, are not included as part of our service.

When are refunds issued? New customers are eligible to request a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if:

  1. We are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our server side. This excludes issues caused by your own setup or third parties, such as your ISP.

Please note that this does not apply to outages resulting from system updates performed by our technical team after the initial 24 hours of purchase.

If you are experiencing issues and are unsure of the source of the problem, you may request a video recording from our support team to verify the functionality of your line details.

  1. We fail to provide the line details within 48 hours of purchase. Please ensure that you check both your spam and promotions folders and add [email protected] to your contact list.

Note: These terms apply only to new customers and do not apply to renewals. Additionally, the first 24 hours of purchase are not considered a trial period that can be canceled at any time.

What are the customer responsibilities (service requirements) prior to purchasing our service?

We only provide the links to connect to our servers (M3U, Xtream Codes, or Portal link). However, there are important aspects of the setup that need to be taken care of by the customer, including:

  1. Supported device: You must have a device such as a phone, computer, or smart TV where you can download an IPTV player.

  2. Good internet connection: We recommend a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps to ensure a seamless streaming experience. Please note that any buffering caused by internet speed is not the responsibility of iptvgoat.

  3. VPN subscription: A VPN is necessary when streaming IPTV to prevent your ISP from throttling your connection. Not all VPN services are suitable for IPTV, so please contact our customer support for recommendations on the best VPN services for IPTV.

  4. IPTV player: This refers to the application that you download on your device.

When are refunds not issued? We can only take responsibility for issues caused on the server side. However, since IPTV relies on various components outlined in the service requirements above, we cannot be held responsible if a third party is causing issues.

  1. We do not offer any refunds after the initial 24 hours of purchase. We allocate resources in advance and pay non-refundable fees to our cloud hosting company to provide the service. Requesting a refund after months of usage is considered an abuse of our service.

  2. ISP: As mentioned in the service requirements, a VPN is necessary to bypass any restrictions imposed by your ISP. If your ISP applies restrictions, our service may not work for you. Please do not purchase our service if you are not willing to acquire a reliable VPN.

  3. Requesting a refund without fulfilling the service requirements is considered an abuse of our service.
